Re-Defining the Police Project

At the beginning of this blog, I referred to the police project as an investigation; and maybe that wasn't exactly correct...?  I believe it's been more like a public information and public awareness campaign, for LGBTQ issues; and it wasn't done openly in public but was carried on in a one-to-one basis....  The police were speaking to individuals, and to community and government leaders; and perhaps some business groups and sports groups were contacted....  The police all over North America have been involved--working quietly over many years--and I've worked as their helper and assistant more recently....

The film and television industries have shadowed this campaign and have more or less discreetly told stories about the police project and the issues involved....  The film/TV people have also paid money for the stories they received, as far as I understand; and profits have been made for the police....  Myself, I've also needed to have a lot of contact with the film/TV people and programs....

So far, this campaign hasn't been publicized but I expect that one day it will be....  And I believe it was a groundbreaking effort....


NOTE ADDED ON NOVEMBER 16, 2017:  There was a time when I got some job training and wanted to work in my field...but the circumstances kept leading me to the police project.  Even though I had no contract with the police, I saw there was a connection to the film/TV people and it seemed logical that money was involved....  Therefore, I was agreeable to participating.--I had no job and needed an income.  Things got to be more intense than I could've imagined with the second, false criminal charge....  There were times that I was told I couldn't walk away....  I was forced to participate, in other words.  That was my view.  And the police aren't known for gentle tactics....  And I did my share of complaining....  But there were other times that I was honestly willing to work with the police.  And I wanted to see the project through to its conclusion....  So, we've been working towards that end....

My "Trading Places"

There was a movie called Trading Places in 1983.  A rich, young man and a criminal were forced to switch places for a while, much to the delight of the criminal and the dismay of the rich man....  It was quite an interesting movie!  [If I recall, it was rated "R" but there was a censored version available on DVD...?]

What has happened to me, I believe, is that the secret police wanted me to be in the position that gays were in the USA many years ago. Namely, the gays were accused of having a psychiatric problem when they didn't have one*; they were accused of being criminals when they weren't criminals; and they were accused of sexual suspicion, impropriety, perversion, etc.  [Homosexuality used to be commonly associated with things like pedophilia and bestiality.]  To top it off, the secret police wanted the regular police--many of whom were gay themselves--who were helping them to have a more interesting time; and so they told them I was gay when I wasn't.  My supposed sexual orientation was the carrot on the end of a string for the gay police involved.

The untrue gay story has certainly made a difference and I'm going to write separately about something that happened....  It was apart from the lady whom I referred to as the "Queen Lady" in the first Waterlily blog, who was telling her stories in the meantime.... She had practically told me in person one time that she was lying because she thought it'd be helpful....

*There've been some issues with my mental health but not in the way that has been described and prosecuted....

Update From Last Year--Part 2

Near the beginning of my nature art/motivation blog--in November--I was reminded of something about my so-called criminal matters which had confused me and had never been completely resolved. So I took a little time to deal with it in my private writing/private blog.  I finally wrote about it publicly in the first Waterlily Story blog on September 5, just recently.

My health has been a problem in 2017 and I've been concerned also about the psychiatric medication which I'm still forced to take....  There are a number of issues involved though and I'm doing my best to deal with them.

Update From Last Year--Part 1

Last fall I started my nature art and motivational blog partly because I needed to earn some extra income and hoped I could profit from getting ads on the blog.  Before requesting the ads from Google, I wanted to build up enough content to make it worthwhile for both Google and the blog viewers.  I knew I couldn't hide my Waterlily Story blogs since they're on the Internet but it turned out there was a direct link to them on the front page of my nature blog.  It seemed to be part of the blog layout and it was beyond my control....  So, I knew I was stuck with having all my blogs together; and it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

Haven't been able to get ads on the nature blog yet but it's been a creative effort for me while I've been trying to resolve the Waterlily Story issues....
